BASIS FOR AN EXCELLENT PLAN SCALEFREE PROOF OF CONCEPT (POC)

Starting a complex project with a proof of concept significantly reduces the risks associated with your decisions. The plan, worked out in the workshop, is put into practice utilizing a POC with the goal of practically proving the basic feasibility of the project. The Proof of Concept also offers the opportunity to make sure that all desired outcomes of the project are achievable, all considerations are addressed, all team members are up to the task, and the project is focused on the business value. Based on the results of a POC, further rollout

efforts can be projected and budgeted with more accuracy. Based on experience and feedback from our customers we recommend confirming the selected topics with a POC at the beginning of a project. The goal of the POC is to confirm that all the ideas developed in the workshop will work and deliver value to the business. It identifies what the obstacles are and what solutions are available.
